Getting started with Sakong on bisaqq
Download the bisaqq Android app from our website (not a third-party app store—we control the distribution to keep it secure), or open bisaqq.app in your Safari or Chrome browser on iPhone. Both routes lead to the same login screen. Enter your email and password, and you're in. If you don't have an account yet, tap the registration button and follow the setup flow. You'll verify your email via a one-time code, provide your phone number and receive an SMS verification code, then upload your ID document (KTP if you're in Indonesia), a selfie for facial match, and proof of address. Most verifications complete within an hour.
Once verified, you can deposit. Navigate to Payments and select your preferred method. DANA, e-wallet, and mobile banking deposits arrive instantly. local payment lets you scan a QR code with your e-wallet app and pay on the spot. Bank transfers to online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment also process quickly. We don't charge fees for deposits—any costs come directly from your payment provider. Your bisaqq balance updates immediately, and you're ready to join a Sakong table.
We built our Sakong implementation around how Indonesian players already know the game—three-card hands, clear rankings, and quick rounds. What's new is instant access via mobile and eight payment options that don't require leaving your phone.
Sakong hand rankings and game flow
Sakong uses a standard deck and is played with three-card hands. The hand rankings, from highest to lowest, are: Natural (a King, Queen, or Jack plus two other cards totalling a specific value), Three of a Kind (three cards of the same rank), Straight (three consecutive values), Flush (three cards of the same suit), and high-card hands ranked by their numeric total. In bisaqq's version, you're dealt three cards, and the dealer is dealt three cards. You compare your hand to the dealer's. A winning hand pays out; a losing hand forfeits your stake to the house.
Each round plays out quickly. You receive your cards, review your hand, and decide whether to fold or continue. If you continue, your hand is compared to the dealer's, and the outcome is immediate. There's no bluffing or extended betting rounds—Sakong is a fast-paced game ideal for mobile play during short breaks. You can play one round or sit for multiple rounds; the choice is entirely yours. Your balance updates after each hand.

- King, Queen, or Jack combined with two other cards of high value. Strongest hand in Sakong.
- Three of a Kind
- Three cards of identical rank—three 5s, three Kings, etc. Second-strongest hand.
- Straight
- Three consecutive card values like 5-6-7. Ranks third in hand strength.
- Flush
- Three cards of the same suit. Ranks fourth.
Sakong rounds are independent
Each hand outcome doesn't carry forward. Whether you win or lose, the next round begins fresh. Your balance reflects all wins and losses over your session.
Deposits and payments for Sakong players

Withdrawals and account security
When you win at Sakong and want to cash out, navigate to Payments → Withdraw. Select the payment method you used for deposits—if you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal goes back to e-wallet. Enter the amount, and your request enters our processing queue. Withdrawals to e-wallets typically complete within one business day. Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days depending on your bank's schedule and whether you're withdrawing during business hours or on weekends.
Your bisaqq account is secure. Your login uses email and password, separate from your payment method credentials. Even if someone gains access to your bisaqq account, they can only withdraw your bisaqq balance to the verified payment method on file—they can't access your actual wallet or bank account. If you ever suspect unauthorized activity, contact our support team immediately through the Help section in the app. We respond in English and Bahasa Indonesia, typically within a few hours.
