You'll also need to provide a proof of address—a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the past three months. You can request that your account and personal data be deleted by contacting our support team through the in-app help option. Provide your account username or email address and ask for account closure and data deletion. We'll respond within 14 days and confirm deletion once complete. Note: deletion is permanent—you cannot recover a deleted account or its history. If you have pending withdrawals or a balance in your account, we'll process the withdrawal first before deletion proceeds. All three e-wallets work the same way on bisaqq. Open the deposit screen in your account, select your chosen method (local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), enter the amount, and tap confirm. You'll be redirected to your e-wallet app (or web login if you're on desktop) to authorize the transfer. Return to bisaqq and your balance updates within 30 seconds. We'll send you an in-app notification when the deposit is confirmed. Bank transfers may take longer on weekends or during public holidays.
