This page describes what we collect when you use bisaqq and how we keep that data protected. When you create an account with us, you provide your email, phone number, and identity documents for verification. When you deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive transaction information from your payment provider. We also log your login sessions, game activity, and any contact you have with our support team. All of this data is stored securely and used only to operate bisaqq and comply with local law.
We at bisaqq take data privacy seriously. Your password is encrypted, your financial information is not stored on our servers (payment processors handle that), and we do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. What we collect and how we use it on bisaqq
When you register, we collect your email address, phone number, full name, date of birth, and government ID number. We also collect a copy of your ID document, a selfie for facial verification, and proof of address such as a utility bill. These details are used to verify your identity and prevent fraud. We keep your ID and address documents for the lifetime of your account plus seven years after closure, as required by Indonesian financial regulations.
When you deposit or withdraw on bisaqq, we receive transaction data from your payment provider. For DANAe-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet transactions, this includes your wallet account identifier and transaction timestamp. For bank transfers to mobile bankinglocal payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive your virtual account number and transfer confirmation. We do not store your full card number, PIN, or e-wallet password. Payment processors handle that encryption themselves.
When you use bisaqq, we log your login times, which games or markets you access, your wagers and results, and how long you stay active. This data helps us detect unusual account activity, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We also track which pages you visit and how you navigate our platform. This information is used to optimize our mobile app and website, not to sell to advertisers.
- Identity verification data
- Your name, date of birth, ID number, and government-issued documents. Kept for account lifetime plus seven years.
- Payment information
- Transaction references, amounts, and timestamps from your e-wallet or bank. Card numbers and passwords are not stored on bisaqq.
- Activity logs
- Your login times, games played, wagers made, and support requests. Used for fraud prevention and service improvement.
- Technical data
- Your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser. Helps us detect unauthorized access and optimize bisaqq for your device.
Third-party processors and data sharing
We use third-party payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals. When you use mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, their systems receive your transaction request directly. We do not pass your payment credentials to bisaqq servers. For bank transfers, we share your virtual account number with our acquiring bank partner, who processes the transfer on our behalf. Your data is not shared with marketing companies, data brokers, or other third parties outside of these payment-processing relationships.
Our servers may be located outside Indonesia. This means your data may be stored or processed in data centers in Singapore, the United States, or other countries. Any server outside Indonesia is bound by our privacy commitments—the same protections apply regardless of location. If you do not consent to cross-border data storage, you should not use bisaqq.
Your rights on bisaqq
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, and request deletion of non-essential data. Contact us through Help to submit these requests. Most requests are processed within 30 days.
Cookies, security, and data retention on bisaqq
Our website and app use cookies and similar tracking tools to remember your login session, store your language preference, and track page visits. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you logged in across browser sessions and to remember your settings during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, and other periods when you may be more active on bisaqq. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.
We protect your data using encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Your password is hashed—we never store it in plain text. If you forget your password, we send you a recovery link via email, but we cannot tell you what your password is because we don't know it. Your account can only be accessed with the correct password or through the email recovery flow. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. We will help you change your password and review your account activity.
We retain your account data for the lifetime of your account. After you close your account, we keep identity documents and transaction records for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial regulations. Other data like activity logs and cookies are deleted after two years. If you believe we are holding your data longer than necessary, you can request deletion through Help, and we will review your request against regulatory requirements.
This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email, and your continued use of bisaqq constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
